As a leading practice, we strive to always be improving what we offer our patients. We’ve adopted the latest digital innovations in order to offer ease of access to our clinicians who can be contacted easily by message, video or telephone. We offer a same-day service where all patient requests will usually be dealt with by a clinician on the same day where possible, so you can feel confident that your problem or concern will be addressed quickly and professionally. We work closely with our other partner practices in the area as part of the Mendip Primary Care Network (PCN), sharing additional highly qualified healthcare professionals and working together to share best practice ideas and quality improvement projects, in order to serve our patients and continue to provide the outstanding healthcare service that we aspire to. Examples of PCN services include a First Contact Physiotherapist Service and a Microsuction service (for removing ear wax) which is on offer to patients across Mendip.
