Please order repeat prescriptions by one of the following methods :

1) By placing your repeat prescription request slip marked with your requirements in the repeat prescriptions box in Reception at the Surgery, or taking it to your pharmacy.

2) By posting your counterfoil marked with your requirements to the surgery with a stamped addressed envelope for us to post the prescription back to you.

3) Via the on-line prescription request page

Please note we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Prescriptions requested will be available for collection two working days after placing your order. Please note the pharmacy may also require time to prepare your medication and arrange for delivery (if relevant) so it is recommended that you order repeat prescriptions about a week in advance.

Some prescriptions are now sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice, or they may collect your prescription from the surgery, and most now offer to deliver your medication - please ask at your pharmacy about these arrangements.

Repeat prescriptions are generated by computer with a request slip listing your medication. Please keep this for ordering your repeat prescription a few days before you need further supplies.

If you mislay your repeat request slip, you can ask for a repeat prescription request form at reception or use the form on this website.
